Christina Moore managed the sale of my parent's home during a highly emotional time of our lives. It became necessary to make difficult decisions in a short amount of time due to my father's serious health issues. Christina met with my husband, my mother and me and clearly explained the whole process of selling our home. She was patient and sensitive to my mother who was nervous and sad about leaving her beloved home of 41 years. Christina was always available to answer our many questions and helpful to us as we worked hard to get the house ready for sale. Her expert advice was so invaluable to us, especially as it concerned the details we would have missed, such as aesthetics, appearance, and a general look that would draw a sincere buyer. She guided us through each step of the process and we really appreciated being kept on a communication loop via email. Dawn was a great choice to go with when we suddenly decided to sell our house and move 400 miles away. She was very professional and sat down with us as our Realtor, not just our friend, to discuss any updates or things we had done recently to our home and what our needs were. We told her the price we would like to get for the house, and she actually told us due to the recent updates she felt it was worth quite a bit more. We were thrilled. So we thought we would put it out there to see if we could get close to the asking price, then down the road if we would have to lower the price it wouldn't be so bad.
