Living in Ohio LaRhonda took the time to visit different houses, provided photos, and video stream which allowed us to view houses room by room. After finding a home, she walks us through the mortgage process with USAA, the title and the deed process. Her knowledge of VA loans was exceptional, as a disabled veteran she ensured I received all the VA Loan benefits. Even after sale was completed, she helped us to ensure the house was clean and ready to move in and assist in locating a moving company. I can go on and on, without her knowledge, we would have to fly to FL, rent a car and stay in a hotel. From beginning to end, as a first time homebuyer Mariela was amazing. She took the time to ensure she knew what was important to us and how to make everything align as best as possible. She was extremely friendly but professional and did everything in her power to get us into a house to see it, even before most others were able to.
