Kelly is the ultimate professional and we cannot recommend her enough. She is detailed, knowledgeable, and kind. We were moving from another state which added a layer of complication, and she helped us find a new home by being our eyes and ears. She anticipated bumps before they happened and we are so thankful for Kelly’s expertise! You will not be disappointed working with Kelly!

Danielle is an extremely knowledgeable agent not just in her superior skills and professional training required to excel in her profession but also she is seasoned and well versed in reading complex situations with many moving parts involving many different people and she has the gift of navigating through it all such that everyone wins and walks away happy. These are her superpowers. Intuition and soft skills. And these skills can't be taught. She's gifted. That is what differentiates Danielle from all the others. We went through 3 bad experiences where our buyers could not close. Our house had been on the market for approx 6 months and then we learned it needed a new roof. We were in a very tight spot as sellers with a less than pristine home for her to sell. She immediately came up with a strategy on how she will sell our home and she did it in approx 2 months. New roof included paid out of proceeds at closing. She knew how and she got it done for us. Danielle did for us in approx 2 months what other agents couldn't do in 6 months. We were out of the country and Danielle took responsibility for everything inside and outside of our home in our absence including getting her son to weed the flower beds, pressure wash and clean up after Hurricane Milton! She gained my confidence and earned my trust 100% with her honesty, superior knowledge of the real estate profession, hard work (we felt like her only clients!), communication and commitment to us to sell our home. Danielle did everything she could above and beyond for us to sell our home and she will do the same for you. Exceptional 5+ star agent who gets it done. We are so grateful for and to her.

Renata was amazing throughout the whole process..... She always kept me updated on the progress. When I was stressing out she would always explain what was happening and why......and talk me off the edge!! Was a pleasure working with her. If I ever needed an agent again I would choose her. But fortunately I am moving to my forever home and this will be my last move.... Thank you Renata, from the bottom of my heart!!

Danielle was great to work with. She helped educate us about the area and housing market, knew the questions to ask that we did not even know to ask, communicated constantly and clearly with us, represented our interests with integrity and effectiveness, and was just simply fun and friendly all the way through the entire process.
