Matt is a top notch realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional & quick to respond to any request. He went above & beyond on our transactions. His assistance & guidance took the stress out of moving, selling & buying our homes. And he’s just fun to be around! My husband and I highly recommend Matt if you need a realtor.

Joanna exceeded my expectations. She is professional, efficient, and always thinking 10 steps ahead. She made my home buying experience less stressful and saved me a lot of money. She assisted me with focusing my goals and transitioning my thinking to help better align with those goals. I will definitely be working with her again.

Miss Joanna has been the absolute best realtor I could possibly have asked for. She is not hesitant, she will fight for you. She is outspoken, and joyful, and optimistic and I appreciate running across for when I did. We appreciate you Ms. Joanna ????.

Best realtor in Baton Rouge hands down. We’ve closed on 2 different properties together. He’s very resourceful. He’s knowledgeable in Realistate in almost all aspects, and dependable.

Matt was fantastic. I was in Shreveport Louisiana but within about 3-4 weeks... He had found me a house and we closed on it and I moved in....You can't beat that...He has continued to follow up on the repairs the seller agreed to take care of...That means a lot. .Thank you Matt for everything!

As a first time buyer, Matt made me feel very comfortable throughout the home buying process. Indeed, he went above and beyond to make sure the deal on my dream home happened. My home buying experience was not conventional, however. That is, instead of applying for a conventional mortgage, I applied for a construction home loan with GMFS, as well as other lenders, due to necessary work that needed to be done on my new home. This process is more arduous and time consuming, but Matt was with me every step of the way to ensure I submitted the necessary paperwork and got the best deal. While our relationship started as simply professional, I now consider Matt a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the Baton Rouge area.

Helped us navigate sale during Covid, when we needed to complete sale to get out of town, moving to Pennsylvania. Buyer put us through six inspections, which caused us much stress, but he helped keep deal on track.

Matthew was a realtor recommendation from a friend and Realtor in another city I worked with previously. From the time I actually met Matthew in person til my last interaction with him shortly after the purchase of my new home, I experienced nothing but the characteristics of a well educated and experienced professional Realtor! He's easy to work with, even over the miles. After seeing several properties over the spare days I had in my new "soon to be" hometown, I continued working with him through contract negotiations and up to the actual purchase and closing of my new home! I can't imagine I could've found anyone better!! I recommend Matthew as your Realtor without any reservation!
