As a first time buyer, Matt made me feel very comfortable throughout the home buying process. Indeed, he went above and beyond to make sure the deal on my dream home happened. My home buying experience was not conventional, however. That is, instead of applying for a conventional mortgage, I applied for a construction home loan with GMFS, as well as other lenders, due to necessary work that needed to be done on my new home. This process is more arduous and time consuming, but Matt was with me every step of the way to ensure I submitted the necessary paperwork and got the best deal. While our relationship started as simply professional, I now consider Matt a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the Baton Rouge area.
