Matt and Taylor were helpful throughout the entire process. Matt first gave us a virtual tour of the house; after our offer was accepted, I flew out to see the house in person. Even though our offer was already accepted, Matt took the time to show me other properties so that I felt more confident in our decision. As it was our first-time buying in Louisiana, he was helpful with common issues that arise in the region that we hadn't encountered elsewhere. He also had a wide range of contacts whenever we needed someone, from a surveyor to a plumber. He and his team have gone above and beyond even after closing. Since we weren't able to move in until 6 weeks after closing, his team kept an eye on the property for us and helped out with any tasks that required someone to access the house.
