Kristy Roubique

Kristie always answered emails and texts immediately. She knew the market in my area and was realistic regarding price. Very professional and caring. She took really good care of us throughout the duration of our listing and sale. I will definitely refer Kristie to my friends and acquaintances.

Kristy is the consummate real estate agent. Attentive to every detail, ethical, responsive, effective communicator and diligent in in the pursuit of a sale. I would highly recommend her for anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Kristy sold my rental property in THREE WEEKS in a supposedly slow market. Expert pricing, beautiful marketing, constant communication, and a full-price offer. If you want it sold fast and for top dollar, they’re the one to call. 10/10."

Kristy always does a great job from start to finish. From the property search, to the closing, she is always at 100%.

While selling a home is often a daunting task to even think about, Kristy Robique moved us through the process with skill, compassion, and a enviable positive attitude. She was quick to respond to all of our concerns and reassuring with her answers. We trusted her advice with every decision we made because it was evident that she understood how to navigate real estate's legal environment. She put our best interests ahead of all other considerations. Kristy made our move as smooth as it could be. I would not hesitate to recommend her and already have.

Kristy was incredibly communicative throughout our search for a new home. We relocated from another city and she tailored our search to meet our ever changing needs. She went out of her way to accommodate our viewing schedules on many occasions, and promptly responded to all our inquiries. Her knowledge of the market was impressive. We finally settled into our perfect home with Kristy’s guidance and commitment to us throughout the process. We would highly recommend Kirsty to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate agent when buying and/or selling a house. She has been our agent on both of these occasions over the years, and we will continue to work with her in the future.
