•Recently, I called upon Debbie Schmidt to help me sell the house I purchased six years ago with her assistance. I was looking to downsize. I then asked her to help me find a condo which, though a perfect match, had more than its share of challenges leading up to closing. That’s one of the reasons I wouldn’t consider working with anyone else. Despite the chaos, Debbie was adamant that the deal would successfully close and was persistent in her efforts to make it happen. As always, I was impressed with her work ethic, her integrity and communication throughout the process. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell.
