Erik did an absolutely great job helping us buy our second home. He knows what he’s doing and he’s a pleasure to work with. He was always available by text and very fast to submit our offers. Erik took his time when showing homes to me and my family; he would let us know the goods and the bad about the homes we saw. This made our home buying experience great. We felt that we were in great hands. Erik guided us through the process from start to finish. In this crazy market houses go into contract within hours, but he never rushed us. Travis is a remarkable young man who, in my opinion, will go far in life..... he has a caring, compassionate quality about him that you rarely see in business today. He not only listed my home but he helped me do some upgrades himself so that I could list my home for a better price and I got so much more than I ever imagined possible. He held my hand when I was in a panic and he returned my frantic phone calls the same day. Oh and did I mention that he and his wife, Bianca, showed up to move me on the day the movers did not show up and I was going to have to cancel the closing and possibly pay a penalty.... this old lady couldn't have asked for a better realtor if my grandson himself had been my realtor. We started working with Kim over 2 years ago to sell our home. We needed to sell our home and purchase a new home. Our plan just wasn't working out with the market being so competive and constant bidding wars before we would even look at a property. With the challenges the market was throwing our way we decided to do a new build. For 18 months there were many ups and downs, but Kim was by our side reassuring us, keeping the faith where we had little faith going and took over with our builder when things were just too much for us to handle. Kim reassured us the entire time things would work out the way we wanted them, and she was right.
