She sold our house in one weekend and made sure our buyers knew we needed extra time to stay until we closed on the new build. Working with Bryan was amazing. It was such a contrast from all the other realtors I’ve worked with in the past because he was in contact with us all the time. It was so worth it to have someone who knows the area because we got buyers in the door before we had the chance toList. This allowed the sale to go through quickly and at top dollar. He Went above my expectations for each step of the process, by including staging fees, photos, help with cleaning and dry wall fixes before closing. I’m so thankful for him, and if I ever move back to the area, he will be my only choice.
