Eric went the extra mile everyday. He communicated, always answered the phone (true customer service) and even though I'm sure we were not his only customer but he was always there for us. Donna not only helped me buy my first home and held my hand the whole way, asked questions I wouldn’t know to ask, she also sold that same home for me just last week. We kept in constant contact, she made sure she researched other homes, their square footage, how long they had been on the market, and kept me in a comfortable price range not only for me, but for the buyer. And it was a win win situation. She’ll never do anything without running an idea by you first, she is first class, top notch!!

Nona's full of knowledge, and her negotiation and communication skills are unreal - we told her the home we wanted to see, she set up the showing within an hour, we loved it and from then on she took the ball into her court. She listened very carefully to our needs and made the deal happen seamlessly. She made sure every deadline was met and that nobody forgot a thing! She sent reminders to all parties involved, read every document carefully and made us feel completely secure it was all being taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone, anywhere.

This review is to commend Ms. Jakea Cates of team with Judi Pobst at Keller Williams. Jakea did a fantastic job in selling our villa located in Harbor Villas in New Port Richey Florida. The sale was very frustrating from beginning to end. The villa sold at least on paper for full asking price but to a prospective buyer who at the end did not qualify for the financing. When we were clear to move forward in selling the villa once again, Jakea and the team headed by Judi Pobst did a great job in their advertising, having multiple open house and just calling on potential buyers. They stayed on top of things to make sure that the   sale would get through without any incidents. My family and I are grateful for their hard work, knowledge of the market to bring the sale to completion. Jakea has a terrific personality and she is willing to go the extra mile to discuss issues and to follow up as issues did present themselves when you least expect. Overall, I gladly give her and the team a 5 star review. Well deserved. Thank you all for your hard work. Kudos.
