You were very helpful in suggesting and then arranging for the services that you felt were needed to properly prepare the home for sale. I was concerned that since I do not live in Florida, there might be problems in coordinating the transaction. Fortunately, because of your help, no such problems were encountered other than a scheduling issue with the closing, which I'm not sure was your responsibility. We met Eric when we happened to stop at an open house he was hosting. Even though that certain location wasn't what we were interested in he still provided us with useful information.
