Eric did a great job selling our house in a really tough market with almost nothing selling. As of the close on our house, still 21 actives listings with only 3 being sold in our area. We had other sales fall-though due to buyer financing and low-ball offers. Through it all, Eric was responsive, much more patient than we were, went above and beyond by going to our house while repairs were being done since we do not live in Florida, helping us find reputable and cost-effective repair companies, provided regular market assessments, and helpful recommendations. Through it all, Eric got our house sold when others are still not getting any traction. We would definitely want to work with Eric if we ever wanted to buy or sell again.
