We just sold our home with Denise. Her vast knowledge and incredible expertise turned a stressful situation into a pleasant and easy experience. Denise thought of everything through the process to ensure we knew what we were to do, sign, etc. She had constant communication with us, went above and beyond what we thought any realtor would do for us. This was our home for 30+ years and we were nervous about the process - but as soon as Denise was on the job, we knew we were in good hands. She is kind, thoughtful and caring. They sold my son his house they sold my daughter her house and now they’ve sold us our house!!! They are so knowledgeable in this business know all the places that are best to go and what to do from start to finish. They were so amazing kind thoughtful, extremely helpful. They always answer the phone anytime I had a question. I know that’s why they have such an awesome business going there amazing faithful people with such loving hearts, kind, honest, just absolutely beautiful inside and out. Being new to Florida, I didn't have people that I could ask for a referral, so I did a lot of research and chose Keti. She was very knowledgeable about all of the areas/neighborhoods that I was considering and provided real time information on new listings. Her ability to provide immediate feedback, even when on vacation, was more than I expected. She genuinely cared that I found the "right" home. She has a large network and was able to provide recommendations for everything from painters to fence companies.
