My sister Debbie recently passed away. She had a condo in Lake worth Fl, that we both owned. She lived there but I live in Rhode Island. When my wife and I went to Fl to take care of her affairs, we were through mutual friends advised to get Pam Brooks as our real estate agent. The reference more than lived up to our expatitions. We were only in Fl for two weeks. At our first meeting we discussed what our plans were for my sisters estate. Pam let us know what to do and expect right away. Pam went out of her way working with the condo Home Owners Association on the issues of repairs for the condo to make the the sale go smoothly. What a great experience it was working with Maria & Josh! They received top dollar for my condo with such ease. It was the easiest business transaction I have ever had. Mark was never pushy, always willing to answer our questions, and did everything possible to make the purchase smooth.
