I highly recommend Cherry. I worked with her via email and phone from out of state. Cherry is a very pleasant and honest woman to work with. She helped us every step of the way and I mean every step. After doing a thorough inspection of everything she made a list of what needed to be done. She helped in making suggestions for flooring by going to Home Depot and taking pictures, finding various contractors for installation, and repairs, and arranged a deep cleaning of the entire place. She went above and beyond in helping us from afar. Our condo sold and closed in 62 days. Cherry was an absolute Godsend! Thank you Cherry.
