First, I need to disclose to the world that I'm not always easy to please. I have extremely high expectations and tend to over research everything to the point of usually annoying people who haven't dealt with me before. I have no doubt that God sent me Cherry to help me sell my parents' home; I had called to hire her husband to do some painting for me and Cherry answered that call. As they say, the rest is history. My experience with Cherry has been so awesome that it's difficult to put into words. We prayed together for not just any buyer, but the perfect buyer. The very first showing resulted in a contract with that perfect buyer and the sale closed last Friday. She took amazing pictures, gladly accepted all of my input (which even included my own draft version of the MLS description), remained constantly available to answer my many questions day or night, gave wonderful suggestions to assist with staging, provided her expertise and advice on numerous occasions, and I could go on and on and on. As a Seller, I would highly recommend Cherry to be your Listing Agent. If I were a Buyer, I would definitely hire her to be my Buyer's Agent. She is wonderful to work with and knows the market inside and out. She is patient, understanding and most kind. I have NEVER had a more stress-free experience working with a Realtor - and I've bought and sold numerous homes before meeting Cherry!
