He arranged for a professional photographer to stage the interior and exterior photos for the mls listing, and orchestrated the release of the listing with a two-day open house that resulted in six bonafide offers. Jim was always accessible to answer questions, clarify the selling process, or untangle unexpected complications, and advocated for us with potential buyers and brokers.
