I would not recommend. Consistent lack of communication between entire staff. Did not respect our requests. Lack of knowledge about area where we sold. Mislead in a few areas in both the buying and selling transactions. Felt our best interest was not a priority.

Nona was professional and responsive to questions when we had them. The main point I'd like to make in this review is that Nona's experience was key to selling our home. Nona was straight forward and we had the same valuation of the home in the beginning which was supported by comps. When the offers came in, Nona was able to distinguish between good and great offers. She was able to note an offer that would be highly successful in closing and at the price we were looking to sell. As a result, we took 1 offer to sell with the contract going through and closed on time. This was such a stress relief to sell and not worry about going though another pending sale situation. Thank you Nona.

We contacted Liz when my friend wanted to relocate from New Jersey to Palm Harbor. It only took us two weeks to find the property we wanted and the price we wanted, why? Because Liz was there every time we needed her. Whether a question or a showing, she was ready immediately. She negotiated diligently on our behalf. Liz prepared all the paperwork, she would remind us of certain dead lines. After we signed the contract, Liz had us fill out the association paperwork and Gate access number. Liz personally took that paperwork to the management office and submitted them. She read the appraisal and explained to us exactly what everything meant. We wanted to change the cold carpet and install tile instead, but we really didn’t know anyone that did that, so we add Liz and sure enough she sent us a few names to choose from. After the closing, Liz kept in touch to offer any other help we needed. In summary, if you need a personable real estate agent that will go above and beyond the call for service, don’t look any more, you found her. Call Liz and tell her Jim sent ya!
