This is what I placed in our Private facebook group of our gated community - For those that will be selling their home in the future , let me just tell you having the “right” Realtor makes a HUGE difference ! We thought we had done our homework, and “found” the right person , No professional flyer was done, little social media and the list goes on……. to basically no showings for 6 months. Hired a new agent (Holly & her team) and in the next 60 days sold! Beautiful color brochure, all social media platforms reached, constant communication, Unbelievable, SO if you are looking for a GREAT Realtor & an AMAZING team.
