Best agent ever!
Vicci was more than a great agent who handled everything about the sale of our home. She was also our coach, our stager, our counselor, our resource for vendors, and our cheerleader! Her knowledge of the market makes a huge difference in the experience. Vicci anticipates everything and stays ahead of the process. I know she had other clients at the same time, but I always felt like her priority! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My wife and I were looking for a second home in the Dallas area so we could spend more time with the grandkids there. We contacted Kelsea and gave her some rather specific details on what we wanted. She found us exactly what we had asked for! We love our new home away from home! Kelsea was very attentive to details and made the buying process easy. She was there for us every step of the way including a final walk through before closing and she was there at closing to make sure everything was in order. We would definitely work with Kelsea again!

She was great at negotiating with the selling agent and ensured we were buying a home that fit our needs. She had reliable contacts for inspection, foundation and roofing companies. She was readily available for phone calls and worked around our schedules seamlessly. She is very knowledgeable about the DFW market and recommended the neighborhood we ended up buying in.
