My fiancé and I were looking to find our first home relatively quick. Working in the film business there is not always a lot of free time to do this. Alana set up appointments with us back to back and got us right back in to the ones that we liked. With some of the homes is was suggested to drive by crossing unnecessary viewings off our list. We found our home right away and when we decided to make an offer Alana had agreed it was her favorite fit for us. Keith did the walk through with Scott and the inspector which was recommended by Scott and Alana and did a thorough check. The Moore Team was recommended for us to go through for mortgage and at first we had started the processes with our bank ( it’s blue and shall not be named) which took two weeks to get back to tell us we were preapproved... Moore team with the info we gave them got us approved in two days. Again being in film most banks and other vendors don’t understand our industry but The Moore team did and we had no issues whatsoever. Alana and her team were absolutely amazing from the minute we reached out to them! We were purchasing a home in Decatur, GA from out of state, so we needed a realtor with inside knowledge of the area, a finger on the pulse of the market, and willing to go above-and-beyond in helping us through the process. They checked all of those boxes, and more. Alana found us an off-the-market property at a great price, that had literally everything we were looking for in our first home. The few things that it didn't have, she helped us through negotiating with the seller to include them as part of the purchase. The closing process went smoothly, thanks to constant contact with us, and great recommendations for financing, inspectors, insurance, etc. If you're looking for a great hands-on realtor with unbelievable knowledge of Decatur (and other surrounding) area(s) of ITP Georgia, you'd be foolish to go elsewhere.

We moved to Atlanta in May 2016, and rented an apartment while we got to know the city a bit better. We attended a handful of open houses and met Walter at one of them. We were immediately impressed by his approach; he was friendly but not pushy when handing us his card. We liked the way he showed the house; he was available for questions, but gave us space to look around. We met several other realtors at the open houses we attended who also supplied us with their cards, but Walter stood out for us. Our decision to proceed with purchasing a home was prompted by a serious health situation for one of us. When we explained that to Walter, his approach was- how can I make this easy with you, here are things I can do, what works for you. He was sensitive, appropriate to our situation and focused on helping us close on a home as soon as possible. We spent about three weeks calling, texting and emailing Walter at all times of the day (and night) and Walter was always responsive, informative and worked with us to solve problems or bumps along we encountered.If he did not know the answer to something, he would research the matter and promptly call us back. For example, Walter worked to schedule appointments for us to see the houses he had helped us identify very quickly, often one day to the next, adjusting his schedule to meet ours , he asked us questions while we were seeing homes it seemed to both get a better sense of what we wanted but also , we suspect, to help focus us on what was important to us, he helped us work with the owner and builder to quickly address questions we had regarding the home we ultimately bought. We could not recommend Walter any more highly, not only is he professional, helpful and knowledgeable, but he is easy to work with, down to earth and focused on the needs of the client.

I was put in contact with Tammie via the bank we used for our mortgage! She was SO fast at contacting me and getting a feel for what kind of house we were looking for! Working with Tammie was so easy and effortless. She is extremely knowledgeable in the whole real estate/ house buying process. From the time we talked on the phone to putting an offer down on a house was 3 days. She works so fast and is always available when you have questions. She helped us get some key things we wanted from our buyers and she never backed down. I have already referred her to one friend who is now using her and plan to refer her to anyone who asks.
