She was very attentive to our input as to location, features and price range. Spent a lot of time setting up visits and showing us houses. Did not waste our time. We found the perfect house and location within a few weeks time. Once we found the house we wanted, she was invaluable in assisting with negotiating price and advising on contract details. The home inspector and appraiser she recommended were prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. Closing went smoothly and on time. We would definitely use Tracey again.

I went into the buying process with absolutely no knowledge of it. Sean is really experienced and has great patience dealing with someone like me. One thing I loved about him was he was always available. He he was not, he always returned my call. He knows what he is doing and I trusted his judgment. He always had my best interest at heart. He helped my family member with his first home purchased and I will refer him to all my friends and family.

As Thanksgiving approaches, I am reflecting back on the previous year and for what I am most thankful. The experience I am most grateful for was meeting Ginny and her wonderful agents, Tracey and Jill, who assisted us in finding a home for our family member in a difficult situation. We met them around this time last year. They devoted so much of their time and energy to us. They would never hesitate to immediately show us a new listing. I lost tract of the number of homes they showed us but I think we viewed every house on the market! They never lost their patience with us as other realtors would have. Their knowledge of the market and their advice was invaluable! They were not just trying to sell us a house but sincerely wanted to help find us the perfect home. Tracey spent her Christmas previewing homes while my husband and I had to return to Florida. She emailed me daily with summaries of new listings and homes she previewed. When we returned to Atlanta in January, they showed us the most promising and yes, Tracy had located the perfect house in the perfect location! The house was priced a little above our budget and above the market value but Ginny helped us to remain firm and guided us through successful negotiations. Yes, we give thanks this year for meeting Ginny, Tracey and Jill. We were somehow guided to them at a very difficult time and these angels were able to do what we could not have done for ourselves nor could any other realtor! If you are looking for the perfect home, these wonderful women will find it for you. They will become your friends in order to understand your needs and wants. They believe and demonstrate daily that they want to find the perfect home for you – not just sell you a house!!
