Malcolm Willis was the realtor to help My daughter with the purchase of her house. Since this was my daughter first house buying experience we needed a realtor who was knowledgeable, experienced, dependable, dedicated, and punctual with this process. Malcolm was indeed the one we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to this house purchasing process. Malcolm had houses already planned for us to view based on our price, desires,and specifications. He made the process stemless for my daughter and I. He always kept us informed about the processes that we needed to take. For example Malcolm would use a timeline process to keep us on track every step of the way to what action we needed to take and where we were in the process of completion. Promptness is the key to success, Malcolm kept us well informed and was available to answer any questions we had about the process. Once we selected the house we desired Malcolm was able to negotiation lower then the asking price. We are more then happy we the service Malcolm have proved us as our realtor.

I am overwhelmed by the level of outstanding service and professionalism he displayed throughout the entire process. From beginning to end, Malcolm made the home buying process a seamless undertaking  as he shared with us pertinent information and a step by step process, meanwhile considering our strict deadline and time constraints. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Samer in the fall of 2016 when we moved to Northern Virginia. We were relocating from out-of-town, so we relied heavily on Samer for information and expertise regarding neighborhoods and comps to ensure we were getting a good home. After we had looked for a few weeks, I found out I was pregnant, so we completely changed the size of the home we were interested in and the locations we were shopping. We were so thankful for the patience and persistence of Samer to find us the right home. We looked for 4 months and I never felt pressured into a decision and never felt like we were a burden. When it came time to close (right at Christmas time), Samer was prepared and efficient, making the process so smooth for us as buyers. He has a strong network of other professionals that he recommended to help us finish the house to our preferences after the purchase. We could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and the personal investment he made in us throughout this process. We love our house, but look forward to working with him again in the future.

As a first time home buyer, Viktorija made me feel confident in the whole process. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of different property types, fees, investment potential, etc. Once she knew what I was looking for Viktorija set up multiple showings in one day so I was able to compare and contrast and figure out what I really wanted. I always felt she was fighting for me during the negotiations and closing process. She even put together the sweetest Welcome Home basket on the day I closed! I have already recommended her to all my friends and colleagues--I know she would be just as amazing for them as she was for me!
