Her team schedule everything from painting, carpet cleaning, and a full home deep clean! Our home was prepped for the market, listed, and under contract with us having to lift a finger. Karyn sold our house without ever putting it on the market. I think that, in itself speaks volumes. This is the second home we’ve sold with her, and can’t imagine ever using anyone else. The photographer she uses is also amazing and will make your home look fantastic. Karyn is extremely responsive to every call or text, and has the answer to every question, always. We also bought our last two homes with her husband, Kevin. They are both fantastic, and while we hope to never need a realtor again, if we do, we know who we will call.
