Jeri conducted herself with the utmost of professionalism at all times. We went through 3 different contracts with 3 different buyers before we actually closed on the house. On buyer number 2, they had a certain amount of time to sell their house and at a certain selling price. At the end of their time limit, they had not sold their house because they didn’t ask the selling price in the contract. Jeri immediately knew that since they didn’t ask the price in our contract they a; didn’t sell their house and b; we’re not eligible to get their good faith down payment back. We agreed to split it with them. Thank you Jeri!

I dont even know where to begin. We closed today. Sold our house at 518 Amsonia Circle, Guyton. You should look at the write up and the pictures--wow, this is the advertising that you want! Every team member was phenomenal! Shout out to Kailee who was always there to help us! Jeri Patrick gave us the best advice, and listened to our needs and concerns every step of the way. You want a skilled professional when its your home! We are only giving 5 stars because it won't let us give them 6! BTW, we were under contract within 3 days with backup offers. We sold over asking price. Great experience!

We were introduced to Karyn Thomas through her husband Kevin Thomas who actually sold us the home. Karyn was extremely knowledgeable about the market, gave us a detailed breakdown of everything we needed to know and FAQ’s we had she, she had the answers! Her staff was friendly, and prompt, they made sure our personal preferences were top priority and that made the experience as pleasant and easy going as possible. We are a military family and we were in the process of PCSing , so Karyn and her team going the extra mile meant so much to us! The communication and updates were always professional and prompt all the way to the closing table. This was our first time selling a home and we couldn’t have had a better experience!
