From advice during house hunting to renegotiating after the inspection, Kalyn was fantastic. She has managed home improvements for years and is super knowledgeable about the construction and home improvement industry. She accommodated late night home views (I work over an hour away from where I wanted to buy!) and provided great knowlege about the location. She is also fun and laid back (but professional), which I think is necessary in a realtor. We did spend countless hours together looking at homes and finding the perfect place for me! Did I mention her patience? We placed multiple offers, counter offers and negotiated multiple times after inspection and appraisal. She managed it all and made the process easy. All around she is a great realtor and I've worked with several. I would recommend her to any family or friends.

I found Heather and Adrienne while searching listings. I was trying to purchase a home from out of town and could only travel specific days to see properties. Heather and Adrienne setup a bunch of homes for my family and I to look at and spent the entire two days that I was available devoted to us; showing us all houses that we were interested in until we found our perfect home. I was looking for a home for months and dealt with many Realestate agents, but Heather and Adrienne were by far the best and easy to talk to. They truly listened to us and didn't show us properties that didn't fit our needs. Once we found the home, they kept us updated on the whole process and made sure that everything was perfect for us. Anytime that we had a question, they responded immediately and were truly out for our best interest. To be honest, I was skeptical about an agent duo, but I got two agents fighting for our best interest instead of one. At closing, both agents were present and made sure everything was great. This is by far the best experience that we have had. This was a very emotional sale and Leslie is a people person who was there every step of the way for us, both physically and emotionally. With her caring and considerate demeanor, she was attentive to what mattered to US. She understood the pains that we were going through and was very supportive. Her attention to detail and ideas helped everything go smoothly. And Leslie did things we couldn't because we don't live in the area.
