I am a real estate investor in California with 5 other properties. Every time I've used a realtor to purchase or sell a property, I have only done so based on reference. We moved out shortly after the listing. She made herself present at most every showing involving other agents, much to our deep gratitude and appreciation. Within 90 days the house was sold. The team sent regular summary reports, Donna was always present at showings with other realtors and that made me feel like someone (her) who really knew the property was there to give clarity for the Realtor and potential buyer. We took the property off market for awhile in order to complete the Re-Piping of the entire home. She had experience with the process and knew how long it would take for all the details.
