Lisa helped me find a condo when I was just moving to FL. Then 3 years later when I was ready to purchase my own place. She went above and beyond helping me not only find a place but walked me through step by step of things I didn’t understand. I know lots of people say that this is what a realtor does but this was a huge move for me in my life and a was very nervous and she always keep calm. Selling a home can be extremely challenging at times and of course this experience was just that- Challenging… There were situations that were out of our control and seemed hopeless for me and my family. However having Ms. Gonzalez on our side made it all SO much easier. She was available when ever we needed her to answer a question or to help with anything we needed. She’s extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. She is definitely a hard worker and gets the job done! We are so happy with her and will definitely use her again. Our family had a difficult situation with the sale of our deceased mother’s condominium. It was co-owned by her partner who had cut off her children from visiting her or seeing her in her final days. Dawn was instrumental in dealing with that partner and went out of her way to help us retrieve some personal items and dispose of unwanted possessions. Dawn’s diligence created several offers and she was highly successful in working through some tricky sales issues which popped up unexpectedly. Her responsiveness and perseverance during trying times was phenomenal. I highly recommend her as an agent and can’t say enough about her efforts to facilitate this sale despite the many challenges that had to be overcome.
