Nikki tried very hard to sell our home. It went on the market right as the market was changing due to interest rate hikes. She held open houses and spoke with her colleagues often. She was open to ideas presented by us to assist in the sale. Easy to get along with and personable. I have no doubt the home would have sold quicker had the market been more favorable, but that is out of everyone's control. I never actually met Michael or even had any correspondence with him. I was recommended him by one of my new coworkers when moving to the state and when I called I was told he was unavailable, but they would set me up with one of his agents, Boomer Bates. I simply sent over the listings on houses I liked told him what I liked and didn't and he showed me around at the ones I wanted to see, but then told me about one going up on the market the next day that had pretty much all my wants right at the right price and I put an offer in that day and got it.
