Michael is a great agent and is extremely knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to have had his help twice. Once when we bought our home in 2015 and again when we sold in 2022. Nikki tried very hard to sell our home. It went on the market right as the market was changing due to interest rate hikes. She held open houses and spoke with her colleagues often. She was open to ideas presented by us to assist in the sale. Easy to get along with and personable. I have no doubt the home would have sold quicker had the market been more favorable, but that is out of everyone's control. We also purchased a home through Nikki after running into her during another open house and stuck with her for the duration.
