I wanted to move to Chattanooga area from Texas so I selected randomly from a website, Joanie Sompayrac with Keller Williams. I worked with her for a while until I could make the trip to find my new home. She was so very helpful and professional and just a good person. That was 2019 and I have just recently sold that house and purchased a new one with Joanie’s help again. It was a great experience even though there were a few kinks. Joanie handled them extremely well even though the other real estate person wanted to give up. I think Joanie’ s motto is there is always options when things don’t go as planned. And she got it done selling my old house and purchasing my new house. She has a lot of experience in this business as well as being a Professor and an Attorney. She’s always helpful with getting contacts to help with repair's, etc. Her knowledge of all the underlying cities around Chattanooga and Georgia are exceptional. I highly recommend Joanie whether your selling, buying or both.
