We had the impossible task of moving my mother in law back to NY from her condo in Florida after she could no longer take care of herself. Mona listed her condo and sold it for full-asking price the very first weekend it listed! The property was sold furnished. Mona packed up and shipped many of the personal belongings we were unable to get back to NY. She took care of calling the condo management to fix a roof leak. She even swept the patio and cleaned the garage! When I say she made this deal, which could have been a nightmare to do from afar during Covid seamless and painless- it is an understatement. She knows her stuff, is a pleasure to work with, and is very thorough and efficient. If you have property to buy or sell in Boynton Beach, Delray or Boca- call her! Our experience with Mona could truly not have been any better!
