So grateful to have had Karen as our realtor. Karen is a very determined and hard working person. She fought for us in every situation we encountered in the stress house buying process . We were first time home buyers and having Karen’s knowledge of things definitely helped us get through this process knowing owing we had her by our side. The thought of purchasing my own home was scary for me as a single mother and I hesitated, but, Karen Kelly made my experience smooth and exciting. She explained the process to me and put me in touch with the right people who made this process a less stressful one. When she took me out to view homes, I never felt pressured to purchase or pressure to speed up my process. Karen was very patient and supportive of my family from the viewing process to closing on our new home. She communicated with me often about properties to visit. She would even reach out to ensure that I saw the properties that she sent. As a single mother, I don't think I would have moved forward to purchase had I not met Karen. In this market, finding and buying a Condo in Florida was not an easy task. Mona Kremin was wonderful to work with. She is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and has a great attention to details. She was always available and understands the local market. Our stresses were high as all our requirements needed to be met. Mona is not only a fantastic realtor, she is also an excellent support person.
