Thoughtful & Dedicated

Tom was a thoughful and helpful agent through the entire process of selling this property. From before we listed it, through closing he was always available to answer questions or help us understand what was needed to ensure the property was accurately listed and that interested parties would connect with it. As a church selling property, Tom's understanding of the additional steps necessary to make a sale were key to helping the council and congregation comfortable and supportive of this sale. I would highly reccommend him to anyone looking for a commercial agent, especially non-profits or houses of worship.

Tom is an exceptional and professional realtor.

Tom is an exceptional and career realtor who has all the patience and experience in finding what you want as a buyer. It may seem impossible to find your dream house but he knows how to navigate and negotiate with the seller(s). When my wife and I started the house hunt, we were disappointed because the sellers did not want to accept our offer and we really wanted that house. Tom adviced us to be patient with the process that another place could just be awaiting us. After several weeks of searching, we finally got a house that met our desires for a family home. Tom was very instrumental in making sure the sellers disclosure document matched the physical structure. He was always on time in responding to our communications. He would answer the many questions that were lingering in our minds. We give Tom a 10+ stars. He knows and understands market.

Tom Is Great To Work With

We were extremely pleased working with Tom on our recent townhouse purchase. Tom did a great job of finding properties and providing the tools and insights we needed to make the process very smooth. We were able to find and purchase a property in about a month. Tom also has a wealth of knowledge about other service providers that we are using for some property upgrades, etc.
