I want to start by saying Michael and his team are the most talented, caring, passionate & patient people. I love working with him and have done so on both selling and purchasing properties in Ocean City. He takes the time to work with each of his clients and does so in any form of communication to make you feel most comfortable. It could be by phone, texting, FaceTime, email- anything. And he will show you homes via Skype or FaceTime if you live out of town. I’ve been working with Michael for about 2 years now and will continue to do so for any upcoming projects.

I have worked with Michael while purchasing a home and at a later date, selling a home. Both times, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. While buying, Michael did not rush me to make a decision on a purchase, spent an incredible amount of time showing me homes (even those he knew I would not be interested in) and kept me informed of every step in the process. I knew after our purchase that I would use him for any future sales or purchases. When I sold a home, he was just as professional, helping secure cleaners and contractors, provided GREAT staging advice and was the consummate professional. His knowledge of the Ocean Pines and beach markets helped greatly in making financial decisions. He is energetic and funny and made both experiences easier.
