Ashleigh was an incredible help with our home buying process. As first time buyers we didn't really know what we were getting in to, but she walked us through everything in detail. She and her team made sure everything got done on time and that there are no surprises waiting for us. Not only that, she negotiated on our behalf to get us a better deal and concessions from the seller when we were ready to settle. I feel she truly had our best interests in mind. I was a first time homebuyer and Ashleigh was awesome throughout the whole process! I was a picky buyer and she stuck with me through the whole process and went above and beyond. She was always available for questions and viewings and explained the process well. She made things work smoothly and was down to earth. Ashleigh and her team were amazing! This was my first time buying a home and I was very impressed with how smoothly it all went. If you're not familiar with the process, with Ashleigh it goes like this. Before we even started, Ashleigh sat me down and talked me through the entire process I was about to embark on. This was extremely helpful because I had no idea how any of this worked. Next, we checked out a few places. This is the most fun part in my opinion. We found a great place that was exactly what I was looking for. Then it was time to negotiate an offer that I was happy with. And it got accepted! Now this is the stressful part, jumping through all the hoops to make sure you follow your contract and you make it to closing. Without Ashleigh and her team keeping me on track, I don't think I would have made it through this part. They really made sure everything went going smooth. And now, I own a home. Thank you Ashleigh.
