Ashleigh was an incredible help with our home buying process. As first time buyers we didn't really know what we were getting in to, but she walked us through everything in detail. She and her team made sure everything got done on time and that there are no surprises waiting for us. Not only that, she negotiated on our behalf to get us a better deal and concessions from the seller when we were ready to settle. I feel she truly had our best interests in mind. If you're not familiar with the process, with Ashleigh it goes like this. Before we even started, Ashleigh sat me down and talked me through the entire process I was about to embark on. This was extremely helpful because I had no idea how any of this worked. Next, we checked out a few places. This is the most fun part in my opinion. We found a great place that was exactly what I was looking for. Then it was time to negotiate an offer that I was happy with. And it got accepted! Now this is the stressful part, jumping through all the hoops to make sure you follow your contract and you make it to closing. Without Ashleigh and her team keeping me on track, I don't think I would have made it through this part. They really made sure everything went going smooth. And now, I own a home. Thank you Ashleigh.
