Zach was instrumental in setting us up with our home here in Birmingham. Relocating from North Carolina in the midst of a pandemic during the early years of 2020, we weren't sure how to best navigate finding our home to be in Alabama. We heard of Zach from the residency program at Children's of Alabama, and are thankful that we did. He was super knowledgeable about the surrounding areas around Birmingham we explored. Funny enough, it was our first home we set foot in that we ended up sealing the deal on. Zach has the expertise and kindness that anyone would want in a relator. Zach helped our dreams of purchasing our first home come true. When we matched to pediatric residency at Children’s of Alabama, we knew we had to find the right partner for us to find our first home. Just after the match process, we had a lot of relators reach out to offer services on buying and renting. The fact Zach and his wife went through this we felt an instant connection and knew we wanted to work with him. After a last minute trip to Birmingham to get to know the area and an impromptu breakfast meeting, we were off seeing homes that we thought could be our own. While we were envisioning a “House Hunters” episode for finding our first home, the competitive market and limited inventory stories caught up to us as we found ourselves on the phone or messaging Zach constantly. We were out-of-town buyers and found we had to put out trust in Zach for showing homes virtually and he was able to deliver on great video walkthroughs and answering questions that we didn’t even know we should be asking at the time. It took us six homes and offers before we landed with a home in the same neighborhood as the one we first put in an offer on. Each time, Zach worked with us to strengthen our offers and purchasing strategy and we couldn’t be happier with where we landed. Zach helped our family buy our home last year in an extremely competitive market for less than I thought we’d end up needing to spend. So my experience with TMills start a few years ago, but I didn't have any credit established. I got discouraged; but pressed on to do what needed to be done.
