My call was returned quickly by Abigail (Abby) Greenhaw and I could not have been happier! Abby was so friendly and full of southern charm! She knew everything about the areas we were searching in and made sure we knew the good, the bad, and the ugly about each place so we could make the best choice for us. Abby knew the ins and outs of negotiation, contracts, mortgages, etc. She always made herself available for questions. I recently sold a rental property, and Corey was amazing! She gave great advice on how to prepare the property for listing, listing price, and even when to list! Great real estate knowledge and attention to detail! What really stood out, was when multiple offers came in, Corey took the time to offer guidance on which offers might be stronger than others, and why.
