Vanessa and her team went above and beyond time and time again. In a hot market when timing is everything they came through. Setting appointments conducting showings and writing offers could’ve been better

We will shout from the roof tops that you NEED to work with Deborah. Deborah helped us relocate from NJ to Lakeland Fl. She has great patience and guides you in the right direction without force. We placed 2 offers with her knowledge of the area and current crazy market. Out of many offers, BOTH were accepted, on the 1st offer. Not many agents can say that. Deborah has the best team to make your dreams a reality! Both the mortgage team and the title company were some of the best professionals I've ever dealt with, and I've bought and sold many homes. Great communication and follow ups and just an all around easy transaction! and we love our new home! Thank you Deborah! We can't wait for our friends and family to work with you to make their dreams a reality!!

We love this lady!!! So sweet--we weren't sure she would have the grit to manage our sale. But, tough as nails while always maintaining patience, kindness and grace, we couldn't have been more impressed. We've gone through many home purchase/sales and know that things can go south really fast. Sharon headed off any problems before they turned into issues. She put up with us and our demanding schedule and seemingly impossible search for our family--smiling the whole time. We found a beautiful house for our family of 6 under very tough conditions, move schedules and specific personal preferences. We feel so blessed that our California realtor found this reference and brought Sharon and her daughter/partner Brooke into our lives. There will be no other Florida realtor for us going forward!

Vanessa and Jamie and their staff were very supportive and professional throughout this buying process, they have been very attentive to detail in making sure both us and the seller and title company were providing all the information and communicating. This is the 3rd real estate purchase my family has made with them as agents, which I think says it all about our comfort level with them.

Vanessa is like family! She helped us buy and sell our first house and when we wanted to buy again, we knew we would work with her again. Towards the end we got to work with Ray, he was fantastic! So patient with us, always available, and we love his unbiased advice. Ray is the bomb! Vanessa and her team also give the BEST gifts! She’s so thoughtful and Always make us feel special. They send us a beautiful card and remembered our wedding anniversary before we did! Ha! Doesn’t get any more special than that! Thank you for helping make this process as smooth as possible, especially during the current market.

I highly recommend Sharon! Working with her was amazing! She was not only professional and responsive but she made things happen so we were able to get the house we wanted and close in record time. I have never worked with an agent like her. She is one of a kind - masterful, knowledgeable, friendly - just impressive!

Vanessa and the rest of the Barnes Team were incredible. Not only did they help us sell our home quickly, she helped us find our new home quickly and was an advocate and help to us throughout! We couldn’t recommend Vanessa and the team more highly. Ultimately, she cares about people and wants them to experience the best. Selling and buying a home can be stressful, but they supported us throughout both processes. No way to say thank you enough!!!!
