Lisa helped us sell our home in New Orleans recently. She is quite knowledgeable about the area and the market, is thorough in her research and thoughtful in her approach to her clients, and is responsive and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

Michael and Lesha were amazing. They guided me through the sale of my very unique property. They did their research and was able to recommend a selling price that brought in multiple offers. They are extremely professional and would definitely use them again for any real estate transaction.

Quick sale of asking price before sign was made. No complaints and looking forward to possibly working with them in future sales and investments.

I would recommend this company and personally Micheal Freeland to everyone. My mother’s house had been on the market a little over a month and he was able to sell it within that short time . Not only has he been very professional and understanding but he listens to what matters to my mother and delivers that and more . Micheal thanks you for everything and more

Nikki thoroughly walked me through all the steps to selling my home, and did so patiently. She made all the scheduled appointments with photographers, appraisers and prospective home buyers for me, and at times that were convenient for me. My home showed about 9 times within the first three days of going live online, and I had multiple offers. Then when I realized how fast I was going to be without a home, Nikki and her husband, Charlie, began making appointments and showing me several properties until I found the perfect one for me and my family. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent, I highly recommend giving Nikki a call.

KRISTIN LUMPKIN
she was really good at first then we had an appointment to meet at a house 25 minutes away from where I live and she never showed up or answered the phone
KRISTIN LUMPKIN
Kristin was so very helpful to me. she provided several options for me to choose from, in addition to finding answers to my questions (if she didn't already know the answer!) She made the whole process much less painful for me. I would definitely refer others to her, and use her again myself.
