I felt like I was the only client because of the prompt and constant attention I and the property recieved. All went along quickly and smoothly - they handled everything leaving me free of worries. Not only a real estate agent but a friend as well, Perry. Michael was an amazing agent. At the end when we were rushed to move out, Michael came over for several days to help my husband Perry clean out a huge shed in the back yard with a life time of stuff that had been Perry 's dad 's. The Hampton drive property was my very first home. After years, I finally decided to sell it. I was referred to the Nugent Freeland team by a realtor in Texas. I never physically met the team, but they were professional patient and very helpful throughout the process. They guided me through the process, helped me repair various portions of the property and finally got the property up for sale. I believe I got the best price for the property. Further, during the closing process Michael Freeland was kind enough to represent me during the closing. This way, I was able to successfully close and have my funds wired without having to travel.
