She was unbelievably amazing!! She helped me understand the whole process and break it down for me. Without her, selling my house would have been impossible. Not only was she through, she also knew ways to make the process move along faster. She talked to my bank and the title company on my behalf-we all know how sitting on the phone is beyond frustrating… Mrs. Gainey was able to find the perfect buyer for my home and never gave up. I was a first time home buyer and completely clueless about pretty much everything involved. It was a really scary move for me, but Angela made everything so easy! She helped me out with everything from finding a place to finding a lender and made everything so seamless. I had a million questions and concerns (and confusions!) along the way and she was always happy to help and extremely available. When Angela was unavailable, she had her daughter Tara help me and she was also lovely and very helpful! Angela was able to negotiate asks on the house I ended up buying to get things how I wanted them and that was huge for me. And I LOVE the house. Angela turned what started out as a really scary, overwhelming process for me into a really easy and enjoyable one. I couldn't say enough nice things about Angela. She's the best!! I'm so thankful for her (and Tara!) and recommend her to anyone looking.

Angela went above any duty of an agent to assist me in selling my home. A pre-sale inspection brought up several problems which needed correction, as major as a leaking shower area and new roof along with several other major and minor repairs which required months of supervision since I live out of town. Angela not only overlooked the completion of these repairs but she prepared the home for sale and received 2 full price offers the first day. I am very grateful and pleased with the service I received
