I've worked with Joann 3 times. Twice selling and once purchasing. Every time I was impressed with her knowledge, responsiveness, and her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients. She even went to home depot and priced out new cabinets for one potential buyer of my home. She's also really good with staging if your home needs a little sprucing up!
