We were thrilled with the experience of pricing and listing our home. Joann’s communication style ensured that I fully understood next steps and was comfortable with each part of the sales process. It’s obvious when meeting with Joann that she is experienced and is good at her job. BUT Joann’s outstanding service was nothing compared to the amazing staging that was done at the house. We thought a little staging might help but wow, the magazine ready transformation totally sold our home! We had 9 tours and 2 offers the FIRST day because they made the house move in ready. There had not been a sale in the area in months and late Fall is a tough time to list but we closed in early December for over asking price. We have been working with Joann for many years now! We used her to put our condo on the market, as well as when we bought our current home, and in between when were we looking but were not sure if the time was right. When we listed our condo, Joann had done a complete market analysis and helped us set an appropriate price. She took care of the staging and photographer, and made sure we did a few things up front to help us seek the most we could. She was great about updating us and setting up open houses as well as realtor open houses. When we were looking (twice!), I can't tell you enough how amazing she was! My husband and I had very different wants, and Joann must have shown us at least 50 places! She was very knowledgeable about the schools and neighborhoods, and also what things we should look for in a home to keep us happy as our needs changed. When it came time to buy, she referred us to a lender, and sat down and went over all the details with us. Even after we closed, she was the contact for things we needed done (windows, roofing, carpet replacement and cleaning, you name it). She is a constant source of information and referrals to get other things done!

Highly recommend Joann for buying or selling your home in Wheaton, Warrenville, Winfield, Carol Stream, Glen Ellyn or surrounding areas. She is experienced and well connected with other realtors in the area. She is on the District 200 School Board and is listing agent for well over 50% of homes in Klein Creek and Wheaton Ridge subdivisions in unincorporated Wheaton. We found most of the homes we were interested in online ourselves, but Joann was able to show us homes that were not yet listed on the MLS. Joann also advised us on what to look for in evaluating the condition, quality, and likely future maintenance items for the homes we looked at. Once we found a home we loved, Joann helped us get a contract signed the same day we made an offer in a competitive bidding situation. We could not recommend Joann more highly.

The best real estate agent we have ever worked with hands down. She is knowledgeable, smart, sharp and professional. We have used her for both buying and then selling our home and she was superb in both. I would recommend her to everyone.
