•"Lisa is a good advisor and helped us find our forever home. We really appreciate all she did to help us. She was patient and easy to work with. I don't typically complete these but wanted to share the well deserved positive feedback for Lisa and her team. Cherrie was fabulous and is so great to work with. We trust her."
Our experience with Katie was exceptional. We are very glad we went with Katie rather than the normal Wyomissing "upscale agent," who sold us the house with non-disclosure issues. Katie responded to all of our questions and was definitely working as our seller's agent when questions and offers came in. We sold the house within days of her listing and showing it. She did not toss us to one of her team mates when we had questions, like so many agents do; she called, texted, emailed us herself. At closing when the same "upscale agent" Wyomissing agent that sold us the house, handed her a letter demanding ridiculous things (while her buyers were signing the closing documents- which is still puzzling). That agent then pressed Katie to make us -the sellers- to fall in line- or we would have trouble; Katie did not back down. She knows the law well, and explained yet again to that "upscale agent" why the demands do not have legs to stand on. She was definitely in our corner and not scared of other agents trying to pull underhanded practices. Katie stands up for her clients. She makes sure all the paperwork is filled out properly, and answers all questions with a smooth precision. We will recommend her to everyone who asks. Whether you are buying or selling, don't go with an agent just because his/her sign is everywhere. That just means they have money to buy a nice sign. It's smoke and mirrors. Go with an agent that has a proven record of integrity, legal prowess, knowledge of the area, and the ability to stand up for her clients: Katie Jo Shank
