•We met Simon when we brought our La Palma home back in 2015, he was the listing agent. When deciding to sell our home, my husband and I decided he was the right realtor to work with because he’s very knowledgeable, always prepared beforehand, realistic and transparent through both experiences, and easy to reach and communicate with. Simon really went out of his way to assist us with anything we needed as our home was vacant and we moved to a different state. He made time and was available to be present at every inspection, home repairs, and he even showed up to explain how to turn on the pool/spa heater for the new owners. He always went above and beyond to ensure we were not inconvenienced in any way to make unnecessary trips between states. Simon is very strategic in negotiations, definitely willing to hear your perspective, wants and needs to confidently get both sides through the process. We are still so grateful to have had Simon in our corner through the entire process and could not have found a better realtor during such a big life experience.
Simon was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable in his field and was very upfront honest and about every detail and small print He made sure that all our expectations and goals were met. Simon communicated often, left no question unanswered and provided excellent input and advice throughout the process. He did a great job on negotiating the best deal possible, he knew our goals and really leveraged that knowledge to squeeze everyone ounce out of our deal. We highly recommend Simon Q, for your next home purchase or sale, he is a great voice to have by your side during these big life events.
