•She sat down with me and discussed what price the home should be listed in a very changing market. This helped come up with a fair but realistic price that helped the home sell very quickly. She was very good with following up on any questions or paperwork I was unsure of. She worked woth my rental tenants to make sure they were comfortable in the process while they were living there. Everything she did made me feel comfortable in the process and even gave me a gift at the end of it all. I would highly recommend her as your real estate agent! I have used her to assist me in finding 3 future properties since then. Anissa is simply amazing at what she does!
