She sat down with me and discussed what price the home should be listed in a very changing market. This helped come up with a fair but realistic price that helped the home sell very quickly. She was very good with following up on any questions or paperwork I was unsure of. She worked woth my rental tenants to make sure they were comfortable in the process while they were living there.
