Steve was very knowledgable of the area I was interested in and was able to get me information on a brand new development that wasn't very forth coming with information. Moving from the west coast was not an easy task and Steve was there when I flew into town to see the build progress along with checking on things when I couldn't be there. He was also great at helping me choose wise design center options and not waste my money on things that were over priced or wouldn't add value to the house. This being my first single family home he filled in the gaps of things I didn't understand or even think to ask. I would use Steve again if I ever need to move again. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to embark on the stressful journey of buying or selling their home.

We first met Steve thirteen years ago when we purchased our house he was very knowledgeable of the Orlando area and what we needed in a home. Fast forward we recently called Steve and asked him when was a good time to sell and what and was the market like . Steve had great knowledge of the current market and he had done the research. For getting our best price for our home so we waited until January like he suggested, and with all of the comps and all of the other research he had done, we took his advice and listed the house at the right time. We were on the market for two days and went into contract for our full asking price. Steve is really good at communicating how the process was going to work so everything went very smoothly and when we had any questions big or small he had the answers I would suggest anybody that’s looking for a good realtor to use Steve Glose as we will in the future if we are ever in the Florida market again .
