Lacy made our dream of a home upgrade a reality!

Lacy was with us every step of the way in our journey to an upgraded home. We made the tough choice to relocate from the home we loved over the past 15-years due to location convenience and also we were ready for a more elevated home with a little more square footage. We've had quite a number of years of home ownership in different homes over the years, and we knew what we wanted in a new home. Full disclosure, we were a little particular and had quite the list of desires in for our new home. This was a tough market to find a home that met our expectations. Not a big inventory of homes for sale in the target area that met our expectations due to the pandemic low interest rates. Then we found a home that checked all of our boxes and it happened to be new construction close to completion. Lacy really looked out for our best interest during this process. It is easy for a prospective home buyer to only see the cosmetic details of the home. While we were having our oohs and aahs over the kitchen and basement, Lacy was busy looking out for the important functional and systems items of the home. She brought to light points to ponder to make sure we were certain was the home for us. A new build contract has its own uniqueness, and Lacy really went to bat for our best interest. She represented us well, and continues to provide suppprt as needed post purchase. With the excitement of the new beautiful home, we were simultaneously selling our current home. Timing was of the essence for both the buy and sell contract. Lacy alleviates lots of stress through this whole process! She made the back to back closings happen!!!
