•I called Lana on a Friday about a house that was a potential dream location for my family. By the next morning, we were at a showing that she so quickly made happen for us. That evening she researched options that gave us the confidence to move forward. We put an offer in that evening. Throughout negotiations until a final offer was agreed upon, Lana was our mediator, advisor, communicator, everything you need to remove the stress. Within minutes we had spreadsheets with options that we could review, and a various hours of the day, she would take our calls to answer questions. After our inspection, she was very thorough with the sellers so that our home was safe and prepped for move in. She was with us at our final walkthrough, obviously the closing, but even after move in, she called to see if everything went well with the move and if there were any glaring needs that she could help with. I never felt alone throughout this entire process. She protected us by elevating her expertise with not just real estate, but also loan options, design, and using networks to make buying a home seamless.
