Kelli has exceeded our expectations as to what a realtor should be. Kelli is very knowledgeable and is willing to go the extra mile. Kelli made sure we were aware of each step in the purchase of our land and was very pro active in making sure we were comfortable with the process. Kelli was an excellent communicator when it came to keeping us appraised of new developments as the negotiations developed. Kelli was and is very helpful in getting us in touch with contacts in banking industry, builders, and local municipalities to ensure we can get the help we need. Kelli continues to be wealth of information and insight even after the purchase was completed by keeping in touch with us on our progress and offering suggestions on what and where are next steps should be. Kelli Chabot has helped us realize our dream of owning a small piece of land and soon we will be building a home we have always wanted.

Working with Kelli and her team made our move easier than I ever expected it could be. It didn't matter what issue came up, Kelli and her team were there, just a phone call or text away to get us through. While we were out of town, Kelli was able to get our house painted, our driveway plowed and our house cleaned through her network of associates. We received an offer on our house on the very first person to look at it and we had another the next day. On our move day, she even had people lined up to do a final clean so we could hit the road on our long drive to our new home. I can't imagine doing this move without Kelli and her team. She is the best of the best. You can't go wrong with her on your side.

Working with Kelli was an absolute pleasure. From day one, it was clear that she genuinely cares about her clients—not just as buyers, but as people. She took the time to truly understand our needs, offered thoughtful advice, and always had our best interests at heart. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, but what really set her apart was the level of care and dedication she showed throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or pressured. She made sure we were completely comfortable and informed every step of the way. Thanks to Kelli, we found a home we love, and we couldn't be more grateful. Kelli was amazing! So helpful and answered any questions I had. I was under a stressful situation to find a new place to live and she did not give up on helping me find somewhere. It took a lot of work and I couldn't have done it without Kelli. There were a lot of hurdles that we had to go through from the seller to even get to closing, but Kelli handled it like a pro and fought for me every step of the way. Even going out of her way to make sure I was taken care of in purchasing my home when we had serious issues trying to get the seller to cooperate. She was able to work around my non-normal work hours to go see multiple houses. I could not have asked for a better realtor. Such a positive experience, even with all the struggles. Highly recommend!!

We had the privilege of working with Kelli as we looked for our second home, and I can confidently say she exceeded our expectations every step of the way. From the beginning, Kelli listened attentively to our needs, and concerns - ensuring we found a location and home that suited our family. Kelli didn’t just help us find our dream home; she also guided us through the sale of our previous property. Selling a home can be stressful, but she had a way of easing our anxieties, explaining each part of the process clearly, and addressing our concerns promptly. Her professionalism and dedication truly made a difference, keeping us informed and confident at every stage. One of the most special parts of working with Kelli was the personal connection she built with our family. She took the time to get to know us on a deeper level, including our young son, who quickly grew attached to her. From looking at potential properties, to the special documents drawn up to involve him in closing - Kelli made a last impression with him, and he still asks when we will see her again! The kindness and warmth she showed him truly made her feel like part of the family, not just our agent. We wholeheartedly recommend Kelli to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in her clients’ happiness. She is a rare find, and we are grateful to have had her by our side in this journey.

This was our very first home buying experience. Kelli made the process so easy and fun. She helped with all of our questions, and went above and beyond at every single opportunity she was presented with. We could have never done this without her, and even though we think we might have just purchased our forever home, we will call Kelli any time we need a new house in the future. She's stuck with us!

She is good at her career. I was moving from GA to KC, MO. There was a certain place I wanted to move to. Kelli did her homework, found the house that had been on the market last year & then taken off the market. She was able to arrange with the owners a & their agent a sale that was good for me the buyer and the sellers. She did her investigation to make the sale possible for me. I'm now in my new home in KC. She will work very hard to get you what you want at a fair price.
