Kelli was absolutely fantastic during the purchase of our new home! She helped us get our existing home on the market quickly, had a fantastic photographer, walked us through a few fixes we needed to make, and so many other reccomendations during the sale. On our new home purchase, she helped walk us through the new home build process, including what to expect during the build, things to ask or watch out for, etc! It was so great to see our dream home come to life. It's been 6 months in our new home now and we love it so much!

Moving across the country on a time crunch was a stressful experience. Kelli and her amazing team helped make the home buying experience be significantly less so. They were with us every step of the way. When we first expressed interest is moving to Liberty she would text periodically, “how can I help” and she meant it. She advocated, rallied and protected us through everything. Kelli and Company may have started as our realtors but they are now friends. Thank you so much for your dedication and commitment. If you are looking for the best rest assured- you’ve found it in Kelli.

What can I say, the selling of our house of 20 years was daunting, but Kelli made it so simple. Every step of the way before, during and after Kelli was there to assist us and make sure we understood what was happening and what was coming up. Kelli’s expert advice garnered us on offer that we were very happy with and were able to make a deal with the sellers in record time. I have recommended her to my father and will recommend her to others who are needing of realty assistance.

We really enjoyed working with Kelli on our new lake property ! Even though it was a quick cash sell , Kelli went above and beyond to drive out to our property, when we had car troubles and couldn't make it , to make sure it was up to expectations before we closed on it ! She was in constant communication with us and the sellers agent , keeping us informed on everything along the way ! We can't thank her enough for all she did , and look forward to working with her again ! We will definitely refer her to everyone we know looking for houses !

Working with Kelli was such a wonderful experience. I was tasked with selling my late aunt's house, and I was nervous, with no idea what to expect, as I had never sold a house before. Within a few minutes of talking to Kelli, I breathed a huge sigh of relief. I knew I had found the right person to help! The true professionals always stand out from the crowd; you just "know." She was extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and patient. It was clear she knew the business backwards and forwards. Anytime I had a question -- and oh boy, did I have questions -- either she or Michelle (who was also great!!) got back to me quickly. Whenever there was a task I needed to complete, they always gave me clear, easy-to-follow directions on what to do, as I was a "newbie" to the whole process. Even though it was a smaller property, she treated it (and me) like it was a million-dollar listing. I was extremely happy with the end result. I feel like I not only found a great realtor, but I also made a new friend. Highly recommended!

I would have preferred more involvement from Kelli. She was quick to answer texts but we barely saw her.

Kelli takes the time to understand your needs, and pays attention to the little things; the tiny things you notice and comment on - she logs these away to help curate a home-buying experience for you that feels both personal and comfortable; you’ll feel as if you’ve known her for years. I feel fully confident in saying she’s the most empathetic, patient, committed, and understanding realtor working the market today and she makes it abundantly clear, through her earnest actions, that she is working for you and that she has your best interest at heart. We’ll make it simple for you: if you don’t use Kelli, you’re missing out on an opportunity of a lifetime. We truly can’t recommend her enough.

I couldn't have asked for a better team than Kelli, Lisa, and Michelle for the sale of my mother's house. Their communication was exceptional; every question we had was met with a prompt and precise answer. They kept us fully informed at each stage of the process. What truly impressed me was their ability to navigate unexpected obstacles during closing. Michelle, in particular, handled these challenges seamlessly with the title company, ensuring a stress-free and smooth completion.

I think you could trust in the very best outcome with Kelli and team. I’m a need to know all the details kind of person and they really didn’t faulter in communication and solid advice giving. Kelli was extremely flexible in taking my thoughts and opinions into acct with regard to the listing price, and several other items. Kelli and Michelle are certainly knowledgeable and current in the real estate market and I felt my listing was a priority throughout, including closing. I feel I received top dollar for my home and had a quick sale. Additionally, I feel like anyone would receive the same level of care and service regardless of your own personal approach to selling your home. They most certainly are an experienced group. Thanks again Kelli Chabot and Team!
