Knowledgeable, Patient, Pleasant, Good Listener, Kelli was all of the above during our RE shopping

It took as forever to find the perfect house and Kelli was eager to work with us for over 2 years! She was very responsive to all of our inquiries; knew the various communities that we viewed; provided us with answers to all of the many questions that we asked and was so very pleasant each time we met. By being on top of her game, she saw the very day our forever home came on the market; met us on a Sunday; took care of all of the details, paperwork and disclosures (oh my, what a big job that is); coached and carried us through until the home became ours on May 25. Kelli exceeded my expectations as to what a realtor should be.

Kelli Chabot is awesome! Kelli exceeded my expectations as to what a realtor should be. Kelli is very knowledgeable and is willing to go the extra mile, even a year after first introductions, checking in, seeing how the clean up was going and making recommendations. Kelli made sure we were aware of each step in the sale of the estate and was very pro active, making sure we were comfortable with the process.

Kelli knows her business!

Kelli & Michelle were great at communicating with me. Whether I had called with a question or advising me as the process progressed. She knew the market & had a great strategy even though I wasn't sure at first. She asked me to trust her & I'm glad I did! She's a great negotiator! She always has her clients back. Kelli & Michelle both were always professional & friendly. They wanted to honor my mom & step-dad's legacy and they did a fantastic job of that! My siblings & I were very pleased with the outcome.
